Alex Iwobi stated that Fulham’s confidence will be bolstered when they play their old team, Arsenal, in the London Derby on Sunday after their 3-1 victory against Brighton on Thursday night.

For his fourth goal in five games, Iwobi scored twice in a Man-of-the-Match performance.

The Nigerian midfielder stated: “We are confident because of the outcome (against Brighton).” We’ll see what we can accomplish,” he stated prior to the London Gunners’ visit. “Hopefully, we achieve a result against Arsenal, not just me, but a few other players used to play there.”

The Super Eagles attacker credits the support he has gotten for his recent surge in play.
