Governor Aiyedatiwa Sacks Ondo Cabinet

Ondo State Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa has dissolved the State Executive Council with immediate effect.
Prince Ebenezer Adeniyan, Chief Press Secretary to the Governor of Ondo State announced the dissolution in a statement in Akure on Wednesday.
But the statement disclosed that two Commissioners were exempted due to the critical nature of their duties.
The two commissioners are the Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice, Dr. Kayode Ajulo, SAN, and the Commissioner for Finance, Mrs. Omowunmi Isaac.
“All affected cabinet members are directed to hand over all government properties in their possession to the accounting officers of their respective ministries.
“Governor Aiyedatiwa expressed appreciation to the members of the Executive Council for their service and contributions to the development of Ondo State during their tenure.
“He wished them success in their future endeavors,” Adeniyan added.
