Over 7.4 million Nigerians have pre-registered online for their Permanent Voter Cards, PVCs, since the commencement of voter registration.
The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, which disclosed this, also released the number of voters who have registered in the various states.
The release by the commission show that Borno has the highest number of registered voters so far, while Abia has the lowest.
