Her body was found lifeless along Mobile Road, Ajah in the early hours of Friday, June 27, 2025.

A young woman named Faith tragically lost her life after being stabbed by suspected armed robbers in Ajah, Lagos.

The deceased, Faith, hailed from Itakpa Ito in the Obi Local Government Area of Benue State.

Her lifeless body was discovered along Mobile Road, Ajah, in the early hours of Friday, June 27, 2025. Reports indicate that Faith had visited her boyfriend on Wednesday night and was on her way home when the robbers struck.

A Facebook user, Ogor Odeh Joseph, from Igede, refuted circulating claims that her boyfriend was responsible for her death in a ritualistic act.

He said that the attackers tried to snatch Faith’s bag and phone, but she fought back.

During the struggle, one of the assailants stabbed Faith in the neck with a knife, leading to her tragic death. Misinformation spread quickly, particularly through a video that circulated online. Faith’s boyfriend didn’t kill her, and her boyfriend also did not remove her breasts or private parts.

Ogor Odeh Joseph, from Igede, clarified that she had indeed visited her boyfriend’s house the previous night. As she was returning very early in the morning, she encountered suspected armed robbers while crossing the road,” he wrote.
“According to him who is now in the mortuary alongside other Igede people, the assailants attempted to steal her bag and phone. In the struggle that ensued, one of the attackers stabbed her in the neck with a knife, resulting in her untimely death, as she bled out without receiving any help.
